Yes. We usually ask for a small security deposit in cash (IDR) or a copy of your passport. It will be fully refunded when the scooter is returned in the same condition.

3. Is insurance included in the rental?

Basic rental does not include insurance, but we offer optional insurance packages for added protection. Please ask our staff for details during booking.

4. Can two people ride one scooter?

Yes. Honda Vario 125cc is designed for 2 passengers. Helmets for both driver and passenger are included.

5. Is fuel included?

We provide a full tank at the start. Please return the scooter with the same fuel level to avoid refueling charges.

6. What happens if the scooter breaks down?

We offer 24/7 roadside assistance. Just call or WhatsApp us and we will send help right away.

7. Can I have the scooter delivered to my hotel or villa?

Yes. We offer free delivery & pickup in selected areas like Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, and Sanur. Other areas may incur a small delivery fee.

8. What if it rains during my rental period?

We provide free ponchos/raincoats. However, for your safety, we advise riding carefully or waiting until the rain passes.
